Samsung’s launch of Galaxy AI1 marked the beginning of a new era for Galaxy smartphones, offering enhanced experiences that harness the power of AI to help you communicate across language barriers, share your most impressive creations, and be even more productive.
Since the introduction of Galaxy AI on the acclaimed Galaxy S24 series, users around the world have experienced what Galaxy AI can help them do.
In the US, here are some of their favorite features so far:
- Circle to Search with Google2 revolutionized the way users search, helping it become the most widely used AI feature amongst Galaxy S24 users. It allows them to learn more about almost anything on their screens quickly with a simple gesture, without having to switch apps.
- Galaxy S24 users are also getting the most out of Live Translate3, helping them remove communication hurdles with voice translations through the Samsung Phone app. With Live Translate, users experience two-way, real-time voice and live caption translations of phone calls, minimizing the possibility for those lost-in-translation moments.
- Users continue to take advantage of Generative Edit4— Samsung’s powerful AI photo editing tool — when adjusting their favorite pictures. Users can resize or fill in the background of a shot after removing an object, like when a person walks into the frame.
- Another one of the most frequently used AI features is Chat Assist, which helps users seamlessly communicate on Samsung Keyboard. Chat Assist offers translation, writing style, or spelling and grammar tweaks. And since it’s built into the keyboard, they can use it across apps.
Galaxy AI puts our groundbreaking suite of AI tools in the palm of more users’ hands in different form factors — tailoring the mobile experience to their needs. Now, Samsung is bringing Galaxy AI features to even more users across the Galaxy ecosystem.
Starting March 28, One UI 6.1 will begin rolling out across the Galaxy S23 series, S23 FE, Z Fold5, Z Flip55 sold at Samsung.com, carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, UScellular, Verizon and more, as well as retailers such as Amazon, Best Buy, and others. One UI 6.1 will also rollout to Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra, Tab S9+ and Tab S9 WiFi versions beginning this week.6
